Sneak peeks.

I've got big plans for these little beauties.

I'm (finally) going to learn how to embroider.  I can't wait to put this rainbow of thread to work.

It's time to give my craft room some personality.  It's a bit easier to be creative when you are in a fun and inspiring space. First up, I have two chairs I want to refinish.  I'm thinking of painting them purple. Oh my, which shade to choose?? Hmmmm...

And not just any doilies.... Giant doilies!  I've been dreaming up this project for a while now and can't wait to see it finally come together.

Stay tuned!

Be sure to follow along via FACEBOOK / PINTEREST / TWITTER / BLOGLOVIN / INSTAGRAM so you won't miss out on a single fun project.

Do you guys have any exciting plans or projects coming up?

  10. I'm so curious to see what you'll be making of the bows. I was doing a little cleaning/organizing/dreaming away in my crafty area yesterday, and found a bag with like... 20 small, black bows. I didn't throw them away, but I didn't figure out what to do with them either. I'm pretty sure I'll get some inspiration over here :-)

I'm learning to embroider too right now. I love it!

  24. Yea for decorating! We are in the midst of having much of the interior of our house painted and I am basically decorating it for the first time in 2 years...new furniture, paint, wall decor, etc. Lots to do!

  25. Girly, you are seriously on a roll! I want to learn how to embroider too. My first project will be this: themodernladyblog.com/index.php/2011/02/02/heart-tree-carving-embroidery-pattern-tutorial

I love it so much & I think it'll make Lamar smile to get something like this in the mail. (If it's not too girly... that is...)

Anyway, I'm hoping to have my computer back from the shop soon so I can follow along with your blog better. I've been going thru blog withdrawal for the past week... Happy crafting!
